The ferrule type series is sub-divided into aluminum alloy mesh and stainless steel mesh by the material of the ferrules. These products have various specifications suitable for different usages. Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Reference :

The stainless steel woven wire mesh is manufactured in the standard diameters of 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.2mm and 4.0mm. Mesh Opening is from 25 to 200 mm (or bigger) are possible depending on the cable diameter. Cable mesh is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel cables of material class AISI304 and AISI316.

There are two kinds of mesh types, knotted and ferruled types.

Zoo mesh is custom manufactured in widths and lengths to suit your application. Finished diamond mesh style when it is stretched at 60-degree angle; And there are two kinds of mesh types: Ferruled and Knotted ;

•  Knotted Mesh is a plain weave; each warp wire rope crosses alternately above and below each weft wire rope; warp and weft wire ropes generally have the same diameter.
•  Feruled Mesh has the same physical properties as the knotted mesh; the only difference is in the combination style; the stainless wire rope is combined with the ferrules, which are made of the same grade of stainless steel.
