Cable Mesh Railing
Our Cable Mesh Railing is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel cables of material class 1.4401, AISI316 / AISI316L; X-tend type cable mesh is custom manufactured to suit your fence, railing or architecture application; Mesh can be applied in either a vertical or horizontal direction, again dependent on the balustrade or railing design; Diagonal and irregular shapes can also be supplied.

Our Cable Mesh Railing is made from stainless steel wires and has skin-like characteristics. It can form a plane surface and be tensioned into three-dimensional forms featuring funnel-like, cylindrical or spherical. X-TEND Stainless steel mesh is light, robust, and transparent. High-quality stainless steel cables and pressed ferrules are used to produce the mesh and connected to a load-bearing and flexible structure. The curvature in the opposite direction of the stainless steel cables creates the exceptionally robust characteristics of X-TEND – the mesh can even stand up to heavy loads.
Application and Function
Primarily used as Zoo Mesh for Animal Enclosures, Aviary Enclosures, Stainless Steel Cable Mesh Railing, Balustrade In-fill. Premium fabric with strength and flexibility comprises a network of strands of stainless steel cables that are knotted and twisted. The construction comprises stainless steel wire ropes parallel in pairs and mutually connected by crimped sleeves or weaving knots. When stretched, the net construction produces a spring force that varies from different opening degrees and wire mesh rope diameter. Stainless Steel Rope Mesh is a vibrant and quality product with customized opening and various wire diameters (1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, 2 mm, 2.4 mm and 3.2 mm). All our meshes are made from either AISI 316 or 304 material group. It is multifunctional and durable; hence it is used in Animal enclosures to provide a safety barrier while maintaining its aesthetic appearance. It can be also be mounted on rails or stairs, providing support and guidance or facades as training systems. Stainless Steel Cable Mesh Railing is UV and weather-resistant, unlike conventional plastic mesh. Another function is to form a flat surface or be extended into three-dimensional forms, e.g., funnel-shaped, cylindrical or spherical. This provides architects with limitless design freedom.
