What Affects Zoo Mesh Price?
- Mesh Aperture Size: Larger mesh apertures are cheaper than smaller ones with the same wire diameter. For example, a 1.20 mm wire with a 50mmx50mm aperture costs more than a 1.20 mm wire with a 60mmx60mm aperture.
- Cable Gauge Dimension: Thicker wires cost more. A 1.50 mm wire mesh costs more than a 1.20 mm wire mesh with the same aperture size.
- Weaving Types: Hand-woven knotted mesh costs more than machine-made ferrule mesh. Knotted mesh requires more manual labor.
- Surface Treatment: Black oxide and vinyl-coated meshes are more expensive than plain stainless steel meshes of the same size and weave type.
- Material Type: Stainless steel 316 costs more than 304, even with the same specifications.
